Weekly calls covering diverse topics

Interactive weekly groups calls to connect on diverse sub-topics within non-monogamy, general relationship themes, sex, intimacy and sexuality. Group coaching is semi-guided and lightly structured for consistency and building group cohesion. It also thrives off organic participation, collaboration and most importantly- vulnerability. Contribute to, cultivate and expand sex-positive non-monogamous community, resources and social networking. (One 90-minute call each week)

Dynamic group experience

The group experience is dynamic- it’s not just an educational source or how-to guidance or social network its all of that and more... it’s an experience. You can expect connection with like-minded folks who value love, freedom, abundance, pleasure, autonomy, community and choice in their relationship(s) and intimate connection dynamic(s). Share personal experiences, gain knowledge and education, relate to others and no longer feel alone in your exploration and navigation of self and your relationship(s). Learn from and contribute to a community of diverse intersecting identities, relationship dynamics, love and sexuality expressions and lifestyles.

Community connection

The group coaching experience is unique in it’s multiple opportunities for connection during and outside of weekly group calls, including:

Private FB Community- stay connected and active in between calls, with activities, challenges and personal shares. Also, a space to share questions or curiosities that come up during the week.

Connection Calls- one personal Connection Call (each month) with a Shades’ Coach to support you in making the most of your group experience. (30-minutes per call).

Special Invitations- free and/or discounted fun and sexy events, gatherings and spaces, either open to the general public or exclusive for group coaching members.

Shades of Non-monogamy Partners- opportunities to connect with sex-positive and community-centered partners of Shades of Non-Nonmonogamy (Therapists, Coaches, Educators, Community Leaders, Facilitators Service Providers, Retailers etc.) either through guest appearances in our weekly group meetings or other connection opportunities.
